At Matlight Milano
Integrating his unique vision into the lighting industry, Matteo Terragni, the company's creator, created Matlight Milano.
After spending years working abroad in the international finance industry, he made the radical decision to stake everything on realising his design vision with a brand-new project that drew on the concrete nature of stone. He did this by looking beyond the material's surface and opacity to illuminotechnical solutions that incorporate aesthetic research and innovation.
Matteo Terragni, the designer behind many of the brand's collections, is inspired by the ambition to give the material element—which is already strong and primitive—a new lightness by transforming it into clear illumination creations with simple, geometric shapes.
