The contract between you and Decofetch Ltd will be only made when we you receive confirmation email. We will charge your chosen payment method after we confirm your order in terms of bank transfers you order will be accepted once payment is processed into our bank account. We will send a further email when your order has been shipped.We cannot process you order until payment is receivedUnless otherwise specified, prices quoted on our website are exclusive of: (a) the shipping cost or carriage to the specified place of delivery; and (b) any tax or import duty which (where applicable) must be added to the price payable. Storage fee of 2.5% per month will be charged to store the order if not picked up within 14 days from the date of confirm order ready for dispatch.We are arranging the product shipments unless the customer uses own shipment provider. Any shipments returned to manufacturer or us as a result of buyer’s unexcused delay or failure to accept delivery will require buyer to pay all additional fees incurred by us including storage charge.By submitting an order to Decofetch Ltd, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your contract with Decofetch Ltd, as well as further conditions contained on deofetch.com, through links, including the general terms and conditions of use and privacy policy. Should you not agree with certain provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and use or with the Privacy Policy please do not submit your order form for the purchase of product on the decofetch.com.Your personal details must be update to date so that we can contact you if necessary about the delivery of product or your order.Decofetch may not process order and purchases when orders are incomplete, or the products are no longer available. we will contact you about this and will not process your order.If the order has been sent and the price has been paid for products that are no longer available, Decofetch will refund the amount paid for those items.

The price of any Product will be as quoted on our website, except in cases of obvious error.Our prices may be modified at all times without prior notice.Payment of the product prices and applicable costs for shipping and delivery must be made by using a debit/credit card, Paypal or bank transfer.Decofetch requires payment for any delivery hereunder in advance. If the buyer fails to make payment under the terms of this agreement or otherwise fails to comply with any provision hereof, Decofetch may, at its right, cancel any unshipped part of an order, retain the goods and declare a forfeiture of the deposit as liquidated damages.Alternatively, Decofetch shall (in addition to other remedies available under any applicable uniform commercial code or otherwise by law) reserve the right to appropriate and apply the goods to the payment due hereunder. Decofetch may proceed to sell or otherwise dispose of the goods at public or private sale for compensation.Any proceeds of the sale may be applied by Decofetch to the payment of fees and costs to exercise Decofetch’s rights hereunder, and any balance of such proceeds shall be applied against the buyer’s account in such order as Decofetch shall determine in its sole discretion. The buyer will remain liable for the balance of all unpaid accounts.

Shipping & deliveryAs a service to our customers, Decofetch will arrange the shipping of orders via our network of preferred carriers. All charges are calculated at the checkout or proforma and will be included on the final balance due invoice.If the customer chooses to arrange their own shipping and delivery, Decofetch must be notified of the specific details of the movement. The fees to move the product from the warehouse to a terminal for “customer’s pick-up will be added to the final balance due.The location of the pick-up by the client or the client’s shipping agent may trigger sales tax responsibility based on the location.Ownership of the product transfers to the customer (buyer) upon the shipping carrier taking possession of the order for transport. Therefore, liability for damage during in-transit is the buyer’s and all claims for shipping damage must be made within 72 hours of receiving the order.If buyer choose their own freight carrier, freight claims must be filed directly with the chosen carrier. Decofetch will not be responsible for a customer’s own or third party freight damage and claim.

Decofetch recommends using a certified receiving warehouse to receive, inspect, deliver and facilitate in-home installation. The Decofetch will recommend a receiver for the buyer if needed. All crated good must go through a qualified receiver such as a receiving warehouse.The receiving warehouse acts on behalf of the buyer and is liable to note any damage and help the customer with filing a freight claim when damage is found.An adult person should be present to accept products when delivered directly to a home.A signature on the Delivery Note upon receipt of the product confirms that the products are received in good condition unless exception is made on the Delivery Note. If the product is refused upon delivery for quality or damage issues, the buyer should contact us immediately.Full inspection must be done within 48 hours of delivery and all freight claims filed within 72 hours of receipt.

Check-up of the boxed or crated products is limited to the exterior of the package only. Exceptions must be noted and the packages opened at once if the condition of the packaging, cartons or crates appears tampered.The fitting, installation and maintenance of our products must be carried out by certified professionals.

Return, exchanges and cancellationAll our products are made to order, therefore orders cannot be cancelled or refunded and our products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.Changes to the orders, returns or cancellations require prior written approval from manufacturer.If you are returning a product because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, will be replaced within the standard production time period required to reproduce the same product.You must notify Decofetch in case of an error, a damaged or a defective product. You must return the product in the same packaging and condition in which you received it. You are legally responsible to take reasonable care of the product whilst it is in your possession.
