DESCRIPTION
Designed by Roberto Lazzeroni the Peek-a-Book desk brings Poltrona Frau’s signature elegance and comfort into the home office. It features a poplar plywood sheet wrapped in Pelle Frau leather which forms both the base and desktop creating a look reminiscent of a leather-bound book. The desk includes two drawers with fronts in leather-covered MDF and solid ash internal structures while the easel base crafted from triangular-section solid ash in moka or wenge stains provides sturdy support. The top and drawer fronts are upholstered in Pelle Frau ColorSphere, using a seamless technique without visible stitching. Hidden compartments behind the drawers manage cables and can house sockets or chargers with an option to install a smartphone induction charger under the leather surface. The Peek-a-Book desk is a functional and stylish workspace merging residential warmth with office practicality.
