DESCRIPTION
The Vanity Fair armchair a symbol of Poltrona Frau embodies timeless elegance, quality craftsmanship and premium materials that define the brand. Originally named "Model 904" and rebranded as Vanity Fair in 1984, it has become an iconic piece of Italian design since its production began in 1930 based on Renzo Frau’s drawings. For its 90th anniversary designer Roberto Lazzeroni updated the chair's proportions for enhanced comfort. The Vanity Fair XC features a 100x100cm base a height of 97cm and a solid beechwood frame. Its padding combines vegetable and rubberised horsehair with a goose down cushion for long-lasting shape. Steel springs tied by hand to jute belts support the seat, back and armrests. The chair is upholstered in Pelle Frau leather or fabric with a refined leather-covered nail trim and a plaque featuring the Poltrona Frau logo.
