This is a copy of the Roman Emperor Caracalla’s bust, replicated to resemble a famous sculpture found in Vatican Museum. It is very unique because it does not look straight ahead like other statues usually do; instead, his face is turned slightly towards his left side which makes him look more elegant and noble. This work represents only one part from an important historical collection owned by Galleria Romanelli so far and ever since it was made during that time.
