This beautiful, modern vase shaped into an arrow (freccia in Italian) is designed by Alessandro Mendini for Purho. Made entirely of mouth-blown Graceelement, the lamp is composed of 2 single elements: an outer shade in traslucent mat finish, and a triangular base with a big angular cut-top, and an inner insert, in soft light azure color, which can be customized among the 21 available colors - ask the Concierge for details. Part of the collection Essentials, this vase was designed by Federico Peri for Purho in the Spring of 2021. Starting with the oval and conical hollow glass cylinder, the Cilindro is unique among the collection for its rounded opening, which is formed during the initial stages of production at the glass' white-hot stage. This surface misregulation, when seen or noticed gives it a handmade look to a visual rustic touch and feel and it makes up the personality of the finished piece.
