DESCRIPTION
The plate has a smooth surface that is broken up by uneven ridges like eroded rocks, this gives it a unique feel. In some places on the plate are shiny layers of glaze next to others made from biscuit - which is unglazed porcelain. The shiny and dull alternating between these two types of materials creates an interesting design.
