DESCRIPTION
Named Hagu, which translates to "hug" in English, this chair design embodies a cocoon-like embrace. Collaborating with Ed Ng of AB Concept, Gebrüder Thonet Vienna aimed to evolve its bentwood heritage by incorporating a new material. The chair is elegant, lightweight, refined, and exceptionally comfortable for extended use. It features a slim metal frame that supports a plywood shell, along with an ergonomically angled, upholstered seat pad.
