DESCRIPTION
The Leplì pouf designed by Kensaku Oshiro fuses Poltrona Frau’s craftsmanship with fashion-inspired elements. Its structure is made of birch plywood and poplar with solid beech supports. The storage version includes moulded polyurethane sides, a birch plywood lid and nickel-plated steel mechanisms. The base is poplar plywood with a scratch-resistant MDF bottom. Upholstered in Pelle Frau leather or fabric it features a decorative leather band. The leather version has folds radiating from a central button while the fabric version replaces these with stitching. Inspired by the female form, Leplì is available as a stool, bench or pouf with a belt-like detail accentuating its curves.
