DESCRIPTION
The Meltemi, an elegant porcelain vase from the Anemos Collection, represents sculpted channels of the wind through its sot curves. These gentle lines create an enchanting pattern over the whole object, only broken by deep rifts that look like dry earth uncovering hidden treasures. The pure white colour of the porcelain is highlighted by light and shadow games which is a typical feature in FOS Ceramiche’s works. Imitating the beauty of rough stones eroded by time and space where some parts are covered with 23K gold craters, it is an interpretation of mineral Kinstsugi concept by celebrating its peculiarities as a part of its own history.
