With a touch of sober irony, Matteo Cibic conceived the anthropomorphic shape of this design to serve as a versatile penholder, toothbrush holder, or vase for dried flowers. While an inner glass or plastic jar is recommended for displaying fresh flowers due to the marble's lack of water resistance, the playful resemblance of ears and a mouth is embodied in the side handles and base crafted from black Marquina marble, while the recipient is fashioned from white Michelangelo marble, creating a stunning chromatic contrast. As natural materials, marbles and stones may vary, even within products sourced from the same quarry or block, ensuring the uniqueness of each piece. Therefore, the product you receive may differ slightly from the one depicted. Vases made from various marbles cannot guarantee water tightness, so it is advisable not to use them for cut flowers unless with vials for each flower or an internal glass/plastic jar.
