Pair of Smoked Texture Murano Glass Brass Wall Ceiling Lights

DESCRIPTION

This contemporary Italian design pair of organic light fixtures offers versatile installation options, allowing them to be used as sconces hung vertically or horizontally, or as flush mount ceiling lights. The fixtures are composed of two Murano glass half-moon curved elements in a Refined light terracotta and brown-gray smoked tint, separated by a receded brass mount that is part of the handmade supporting brass structure. The glass is elaborately decorated with a textured pattern in the style of Gio Ponti, a technique that creates shadows and enhances the glowing effect, highlighting the intricate texture. The open-ended design features a decorative, tiered outward curve at each end. Each sconce is fitted with two Edison sockets and can be customized in other finishes. This pair was selected by Irwin Feld at CF Modern for the "Picnic Under the Stars" event at Cassilis Farm.
