This bottle-shaped vase is made of white clay and finished in matte sage green glaze with an unexpected powder pink color on the inside revealed through the small mouth. Part of the Seams Collection designed in 2014, this vase captures the innovative aesthetic research conducted by Benjamin Hubert that transforms details of traditional ceramic processes, specifically slip casting, into decorative elements, thus skipping an additional decorating step.
