DESCRIPTION
Inspired by traditional dressers but reimagined with a Memphis aesthetic, this chest of drawers by George Sowden features an engaging interplay of lines and colours. Crafted from lacquer-finished wood, the piece has a tall, slightly bowed silhouette, elevated on white cylindrical feet. It is divided into two sections: a red upper half with white drawers, and a black lower half with brown drawers. The 21 drawers of varying sizes are arranged in 10 rows, each accented by a contrasting line—white on the lower section and black on the upper. This striking piece is part of the limited-edition Materialism Collection, available in only 25 pieces.
