DESCRIPTION
The vase is made of luxurious porcelain and has a unique elliptical shape with a textured surface that looks like hammered metal. The shape and surface were designed after carefully studying how seeds look when magnified under a microscope. The vase is also decorated with 23k gold that was applied by hand and then fired again to make sure it stays on securely. When the gold is finished with a matte coat, it forms an elaborate pattern of glistening veins across the vase, through which soft and elusive light seems to flow, giving the object an intriguing appearance.
